Created for C-level executives such as CIO and CTO, managers from production, HR, IT and other departments, this workshop is hosted by Yazzoom's managing and engineering directors, Jan and David.

During this short introduction, we share the vision behind our motto: creating value from data and introduce the basic concepts of data analytics.

2. Expert insight session |
You get to know the best practices, typical use cases, challenges and opportunities of a data projects and how to go beyond business intelligence or visualization.
Any questions you might have are answered. You also learn how to get from data to value in practice, from a technological but also organizational and company culture point of view. |
3. Structured Brainstorming |
This iterative data use case generation session keeps the focus on ideas that create value for your organization thanks to the feedback over the feasibility from our experts. We help you define clear evaluation criteria of project success. Participants share ideas across departments and divisions and refine them. This multi point of view approach is key to finding the best areas to focus on.
