Exploratory assessment and pre-study
More flexible in its form than the introduction and brainstorming workshop, the exploratory assessment and pre-study can contain the following steps:
Identification phase |
Together we identify within your organisation first who are the participants and stakeholders, but also which business and technology processes are potential candidates for improvement and which data sources are available. The goals and objectives are identified, needs and requirements are defined.
|
Analysis phase |
The identified processes are analyzed by our experts in terms of resources, costs and potential benefits and insight is gained over the finer details by conducting interviews with the participants and stakeholders.
This serves to determine for each potential use case its real value to your organization and its potential ROI, after it passes the feasibility assessment. |
Prioritization and choice phase
|
The analysis phase gives a list of possible optimizations and use cases and their value. In this later phase, we go back to the stakeholders and decision makers to present these findings and discuss the how and the why, to help you make the right decision by targeting the right priorities.
|
Proof of concept |
The start of the implementation of the business case is the proof of concept phase. Using usually part of the available data, our data scientists and engineers begin building predictive models and artifical intelligence algorithms to guarantee a risk and surprise free project.
